Cancellation Shipping & Return

We provide shipping services to all parts of India including remote locations and we ship for 6 days a week.

Delivery time – it will take approximate 5-7 working days to deliver the product. . For shipping to a remote location, the delivery may depend on the area or the location where the order is to be delivered. In case none of our shipping partner delivers to your area, then we can send your order through parcel by India Post. The orders sent through India Post can or cannot be tracked and it may take up to 10-15 days for the parcel to reach you in extreme cases. Vidya Prakashan / vidyaguess.in shall not be held responsible if in any case, there is a delay in delivery of books by the Postal Department/ Courier Service.

We can ship to majority of the addresses in the country.

When you place an order, you will get your confirmation update and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen according to area.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. Initially, We are going to charge a amount of Rs. 25 per order for the shipping and free shipping on orders above Rs. 250. We can update/change the shipping rates according to the weight or according to the rates of the courier company without any information to you. Only the postal charges,( No handelling charges, packing & packaging charges) would be charged extra other than the cost of books. Complaints will be entertained if filed within 3 days after receipt of books, Contact on support@vidyaguess.in.

In case of any dispute regarding the books bought from vidyaguess.in or any error or defect in a particular book, the maximum anyone can claim from vidya prakashan is just the price which he/she had paid to vidya prakashan for the purchase of that particular book.

Orders placed after 12 noon IST on any day are processed the next day. We do not process orders on Sundays and on National Holidays.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your order section in your account on vidyaguess.in. It may take up to 12-24 hours to update your tracking number on our website.

We use the best shipping partners in India. They provide Fast, Secure and Reliable delivery service. To track your orders you can visit the site of the relevant shipper. We use the services of Delhivery, Speed post (INDIAN POST) etc..

An order cannot be altered or cancelled after it has been executed/placed. Orders once placed with us cannot be modified or clubbed with any other order. Goods once sold would not be taken back or exchanged or returned under any circumstances. We use the best packaging methods for securing the orders of any damage as well as the services of the best shipping partners to ensure that the orders reach you in good condition. Though we make sure that the order is undamaged, we do not take any responsibility for the damages caused to your order while in transit.

We currently do not accept COD orders. We only accept prepaid orders. Any update or changes regarding this would be made with/without any prior notice.

We shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligation of shipping under the standard terms and conditions, if prevented from doing so because of an act of God, strikes, fire, flood, explosion, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, epidemic and / or pandemic events, interference by civil or military authority, accident, labor disputes, or labor shortages, or because the continuation of the services would be in violation of any governmental laws, rules or regulations or would cause or create any material safety, health or environmental concerns, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the party and not intentionally caused by such party (“Force Majeure”).
